I just wanted to share our experience with you about our car transport for our two cars.
To start, Paula was fantastic! She put me at ease right away when I called initially. I had read about bad experiences people have had with other transporters – Paula allayed all my fears. She was patient, friendly, and addressed any concerns I might have had.
We were able to drop off our cars at Chip’s well before we were scheduled to go to the airport and leave the Boston area. The cars were stored in a secure location until the truck was ready to go south. We talked with the owner’s son who also put us at ease about the company and your reputation. We asked that Chip’s handle the transport, if at all possible, which you did.
This morning, we received a call from the driver, Dan, to say that he was a couple of hours away and would like to deliver the cars, if it was convenient for us. Dan was a day early, perfect for us! He powered through the snow storm pounding the mid-Atlantic this weekend. We chose to meet the truck at a shopping area parking lot near our house to accept delivery. Dan was very careful when taking our cars off the truck and both cars look perfect – they have the same scratches in a few places as when we dropped them off.
We couldn’t be happier with this experience and will recommend Chip’s to all who will listen. The only “issue” is that our car radio no longer receives WGBH, but I suppose there’s nothing to be done about that :>). Thank you for a flawless delivery.
