Q: Aren't all car shippers pretty much the same?
A: NOT AT ALL! Chips Transport is committed to higher standards in every aspect of your shipping experience. We're strong believers in full accountability to customers-- keeping you informed all the way to your vehicle's destination.

Q: Do you insure my car while it is in transit?
A: Absolutely! You'll have peace-of-mind when you ship with Chip's
Transport. Your vehicle(s) will be insured against any in-transit-damage caused by carrier  negligence or equipment failure by the car carrier assigned to the shipment of your car. These car carriers, by law, carry a minimum of $750,000 public liability insurance. In addition Chip's Transport requires that each independent contractor's insurance agency supplies us with a certificate of insurance naming Chip's Transport as an additional insured or certificate holder. This certificate comes from the insurance agents office. Any insurance deductible is paid by the independent contractor. If there is a damage claim, Chip's Transport will act as liaison during the settlement of your claim.

Q: What is the least expensive way to ship my car?
A: TERMINAL-TO-TERMINAL SERVICE IS THE ANSWER! All you have to do is drop off and pick up your car at our conveniently located terminals at each end of your trip. Chip's also has other cost saving programs designed to fit your specific needs. Call today for more information.

Q: I'm too busy to drop off my car. Is door-to-door delivery available?
A: YES! We'll be glad to pick up your car (at your chosen location) on a specially-designed local flat bed truck. It will bring your vehicle to our 24 hour terminal, and then be loaded onto one of our long-distance carriers for the journey.

Q: How much time do you need to schedule the shipment?
A: The EARLIER THE BETTER! Chip's wants to deliver your vehicle on time. The more lead time you give us, the more likely you'll be able to reserve the shipping date that best fits your time schedule. Call us now--avoid disappointment later.

Q: I'm bound for Florida: Can you ship to a terminal near the airport?
A: NO PROBLEM! At your request, we'll deliver your car to the auto terminal at or near the airport of your choice (Located at most Florida airports). It's almost as easy as getting off the plane and hopping into your car. What a wonderful way to start your winter vacation!
